Armer not linking between devices and new router
I replaced an old Orbi with a newer one and transfered my remaining armor sub over OK. But on the Orbi app it tells me my phones need armor installed But it's already is installed On a desktop it's ...
Any details regarding this?
They canceled a sub and transfered the outstanding sub to the bew Orbi It turns out there is no way customers can do either and even can't if you have a current sub on the router you want the outstanding time moved to

Not marvellous systemBut I have now realized even that doesn't work most of the time as reinstalls have been re-added to the old router not new. Its basically a total mess when you change routers.
The biggest problem I have found changing Orbi is the new one RBR850 didn’t take over the installed security programs on PCs or androids. I had to uninstall the existing programs and reinstall from a new link. But even then I have one android listed under the old RBR50 that I did this for and isn’t on the list for the RBR850 devises. To add to the frustration devices of visitor’s are still being added under the old Orbi. Basically it’s a mess as Netgear have either not thought this change of devices through or not bothered to program for it properly.
Looking at the lists even reinstalling hasn't added most devices to the new Orbi and most are still added to the old one. I just uninstalled and reinstalled on the PCI am using. I sent the link to the "unprotected device" from the RBR850 list and its still shown under the old Orbi and as unprotected (as sub has expired) but also under the new RBR850 shown as unprotected as well. Its basicly a real mess if you change routers
