Armor a "no go" for me
Hi. Love my Orbi system. Had it for more than two years with no hiccups. Then engaged Armor and the issues began. Constantly dropped Internet. 2 to 3 times a day. Thought it might have been the router. Actually replaced it so obviously back to factory defualts (with new router). Exact same issues. After fiddling with it for a week I ocntacted Bitdefender and they were very understanding. I had purchased the subscription and they refunded it asap. I will keep my eye on Armor as I like the idea, and it obvioulsy works for many, but for me and others I have seen on the Netgear community site is is simply not viable. Thanks!

Yeah, the verdict is till out for me mgdurand1.
I've had my share of issues with Netgear Armor, but I never experienced the problem you experienced with the internet service interruptions. Just out of curiosity, did you have Bitdefender Total Security enabled on any of devices connected to your network? Because for me, most of the issues I was experiening disappeared when I remove BD Total Security from Win 10 pc's and Mac's. I've been running Netgear Armor as a standalone app on the Orbi for about a week now and it seems to be doing its job and the network is very stable.

Nope. Did not have Bitdefender enabled or installed.
