Armor discount code failure

In the app I get a message that I can renew my Armor subscription with a 35% discount. Clicking on the link takes me to a web page where I can renew the subscription. I get an error message indicating that the coupon code automatically entered when going to the page is not valid and full price is displayed. How can I make sure I get the discount. I tried reinstalling the app, but this doesn’t remedy the problem

      I have the same issue with my new setup.  The link the to Netgear Armor doesn't have the discount code for 35% off
