Armor not visible in app
I have Orbi AX6000 RBK853 (1x router, 2x satellite) purchased in March 2020. At that time, I remember Armor was not yet available for my setup but to be introduced soon. Now I've udated firmware V3.2...

Okay, I'm in by selecting "do not trust device". Strange but it worked.

I'm on firmware version V3.2.16.6_1.4.4, so latest.

Unfortunately my top of the line, state of the art AX6000, RBR850, RBK850 is not listed in this community's subject dropdown.
I think that might be a key reason that I receive so few answers.
No Armor tile in my app.
What I did so far:
- Installed the system in March 2020.
- Didn't pay much attention to all kind of additional settings as I just wanted to have coverage
- Recently, I started to worry about security
- Looked into Armor, should be available for my system
- There should be a 'tile' in the app called security containing Armor; there is no such tile in my app
- Removed the app from my iphone and ipad
- re-installed app on my iphone
- Still no secirity tile, no Armor
Any ideas?

May you factory reset your router and run through the setup assistant again. If your issue persists, may you send me a private message with your email address and serial number for us to check further.
