Armor on Orbi RBR50

I understand that you are receiving notifications that your IoT devices are sending unencrypted authentication information. It is best practice for authentication messages to be encrypted. If you believe that these messages have been sent in an error, you can unblock the website URLs that have been reportedly blocked. Please use caution when you decide to unblock a URL. Malicious websites often look legitimate and might trick you into providing personal information, downloading malware, or even sending money.

Please follow the steps below to unblock the website's URL:

1. Launch the Nighthawk or Orbi app from a mobile device that is connected to your router’s network.
2. Tap Security.
   The NETGEAR Armor dashboard displays.
3. Tap the Threats card.
   A list of suspicious URLs that Armor blocked displays.
4. Tap the URL that you want to unblock.
5. Tap Add to Unblocked.
   A warning displays.
6. Tap OK.
   The unblocked URL displays under Unblocked.
