This is a problem that many users have heen confronted with for a long, long time. Both Netgear and Bitdefender should be aware of this because of complaints that have been submitted. They claim to be working on a solution but it is taking ages….
- It is ridiculous! I called support today and the NETGEAR support agent had no idea what I was talking about. Basically, his words were that he could not help me. Not to mention, I keep getting notifications from the Orbi app saying that one of my phones has a configuration issue. The Armor Security by Bitdefender is installed and working correctly. NETGEAR really needs to get this straightened out. I am about ready to change to another different Wi-Fi mesh system. NETGEAR is supposed to be the most robust and best. But from owning for about two to three months now, that is not what I am seeing. Customer Service is bad!
