Armor won’t install on router

I purchased armor and activated in the armor web portal. I can successfully log into the armor portal and install protection on my devices When I attempt to activate armor in the nighthawk app it only offers the free trial. I’ve attempted a factory restore with no success. Please help.

      Hi Christian,

       

      I have exacly the same problem.
      About 51 hours ago I bougt a subscription. I can install it on my mac without a problem.

      The software on my Rax120 doesnt activate.

       

      I have toggled extern management on the router and serveral reboots without succes.

      I will sent you an pm with my emaliadres and serialnumber of my RAX120. Can you please loook in to it?

  • I have the same problem. Only a button to try the trial and then an error saying it couldn't be installed.
  • had the same issue back in those days when I got in touch with these type of routers, those were hectic days solved issues like daily jumble answer for gaining my confidence back.
