Armour Plus login on family devices
I have had a Nighthawk RAX70 plus 2 x Extenders throughout my home for some time now. I have just upgraded to Armour Plus security. Armour Plus appears to be a very comprehensive security solution. I've installed it on my PC and my phone and the scan and VPN are working a treat.
I was attracted to the fact that I could install the app on all of my family's devices that are behind the router. I've shared the install link with my family and they've all installed it and created their own Netgear accounts. Trouble is their app does not show Armour Plus - it only shows Netgear IOS Security (on iPhone), and they do not have access to the VPN or other services that I do.
I see some user posts saying you have to use the primary user's login for every device but I cannot find this stated in any Netgear literature (their instructions finish with 'Install the Netgear Armour App and follow the prompts'). If this is the case, this seems entirely insecure (especially for a security app). And all my family members see all of each other's security vulnerabilities across their email accounts.
We are struggling to understand what to do and what I thought was going to be simple has now made me family enemy #1. Please, please tell me I'm missing something and there's a way to use individual logins for each family member and link it to my main subscription account!!

From what you’ve described, it seems that Netgear Armour Plus links all premium features to the primary subscription account. That’s why your family members see only the basic Netgear Security features when using their own accounts. Currently, to access VPN and full Armour Plus services, devices must log in with the primary account. I understand the concern about privacy; reaching out to Netgear support may clarify if there’s a secure way to allow individual logins while keeping all devices under the main subscription.
