Auto installed on RBR50
I am facing some issue as the Armor product got auto installed on my RBR50; devices are not working, even streaming apps don’t work; the kids aren't able to get on to school websites. I tried all kinds of fixes; rebooted the router, toggled the security settings to off; the app shows activated - off; power cycled the modem, the router, short of doing a factory reset I have done everything else and nothing works. I am very frustrated. Solve my issue as soon as possible.

Welcome to the community! May you power cycle your RBR50 and reinstall the Orbi app. Then visit the Orbi app again and turn off Armor by tapping on the security tile.
