AX4200 RBR750 Vulnerability scan schedule

Is there a way to change when the ORBI Vulnerability scan runs?  Mine runs about 8am and it disrupts my internet connection.  I'd like to have it run earlier in the morning (4am-5am).   RBR750 fir...

    The Orbi router does not perform vulnerability scans.  This sounds like the optional Bitdefender Armor product (that I have never enabled.  Saw "trial" and thought, "ain't paying for a subscription, so not gonna even look at it.")

      I understand that you would like to have the ability to schedule the vulnerability scans of your NETGEAR Armor application. At this time a manual vulnerability scan feature is not available. However, I will pass this suggestion on to my team for further review.

      Would you mind sharing how vulnerability scan disrupts the internet connection?  (sorry to display my ignorance, but.... Error messages?  stuttering or gaps in video conferencing? what?)

       

      My sense is that there are several parts to Bitdefender Armor:

      • Software that runs on the Orbi router, and
      • Software that can be loaded on individual customer devices (PCs, laptops, phones, etc.)

      It might be worth considering turning Armor "off" first thing in the morning and enabling it again at bedtime.
