AX5400 security considerations

Question

I'm considering upgrading my R7000P to an AX5400. Netgear Armor was included with the R7000P. Is that the case with the A5400 or must I buy a subscription? If so, how much is it? I already have Viper Advanced Security firewall installed on my devices, so does Armor offer anything worthwhile above the Viper?

If you've already got viper, I wouldn't add in another service.&nbsp;
But yes, you'd have to pay for it.&nbsp;
Even the armor for the R7000P was only for a year. So doubtful you have it free the whole time.&nbsp;

Thanks! Good to know. I'm replacing the 7000P with an AX5400, and I'll remove Armor if it's installed for the trial period.
