I am finally getting around to trying to find the source on this sort of thing myself.
I keep getting the same message for/about my partner's iPhone. I am the Netgear Orbi owner/admin and all our devices have Bitdefender installed.
I have her close all apps before bed but I still get the message I see nothing suspicious on her phone.
My question is: Why can't Netgear (or Bitdefender) give us some details that would help me track down the source of the problem? I.e., Which malicious host was blocked?
Reading through the related community posts, I'm not seeing any means by which I might be able to find this information. Maybe there's a pending feature request I can vote for?
Thanks.

After tons of trial and error, I think I’ve finally been able to determine that these messages are coming from emails downloaded into my various email accounts (particularly the spam folders). It’s not app-related on my devices, at least not in my case, as I closed all as well as turned off background updates. In the end, I figured I’d disregard them as bitdefender was doing it’s job and there wasn’t anything I could do to be proactive for them.
