BitDefender VPN on mobile

I have NETGEAR Armour on my home WIFI.

As an add on I installed BitDefender VPN on my iPhone.

After six months with no problem, today I got the message when I connected to the WiFi at home:
Privacy warning:
This network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic.

I'm wondering - should I just delete the VPN on my phone? I don't use public WiFi.

Please be kind, I am very stupid at this kind of thing.
