Bitdefender VPN software impossible to activate

I subscribed to Bitdefender VPN through Netgear/Amor promotion.

I was able to activate the account,, but find it impossible to activate the VPN software on any device.

Bitdefender does not recognise the active subscription.

I contacted both Bitdefender customer support and Netgrear/Armor customer support and each one claims I need to contact the other party.  

What a run around.

Don't subscribe.
