Cancel Armor

Netgear never reponded to my query about using (safe) cable rathre than (dangerous) wifi to set up Armor when I then have to use my iPhone.  The criminal landlord has been hacking my wifi given things he has said, unknowable otherwise.  I have wasted 20 minutes trying to cancel.  When I buy my next router, in a year or so, it will NOT be Netgear.
