Can't renew Netgear Armor subscription on iPhone app
My Armor subscription expired. When I try to renew it, can put in all the information but can't complete the transaction. Has to do with the terms of service, which when I click, takes me to Safari. After reading the terms and accepting in Safari, I go back to the subscription section in the Orbi app, but still has everything greyed out - so unable to complete the purchase.
How can I renew my subscription?

- KstucklyAspirantI have tried renewing my Netgear Armor security on my RBR40. When I go to my Orbi app and click security and try to renew, it indicates my Armor expires on on 4/17 and contract is already purchased on my account and I can’t even get to the renew section. Please provide assistance so that I can renew with the discount you are offering.
