CAX80 turn on Armor

How do I re-enable the Armor on my CAX80?  The status on the BAsic\Security page says not activated, but when I check my Armor account shows it is activated.

    What is displayed for Armor on the Nighthawk app?

      Expired Renew Armor now.

      Clicking that gives me a message that I have an active subscription for this router.

      It expires today, but it is set to auto-renew.

      We had messed with this previously when having sending issues over wifi and Smasung phone.

        You might try this tomorrow to see if the subscription updates and help get the modem to sync with it. 

        Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON. After it's ready, check the Armor status in the NH app and see if the subscription updated.

         

        Check the subscription as well with in the NH app under the top left menu, then down to My Subscriptions.
