CAX80 with Armor blocking Ally Bank login

Over the last month, immediately after moving to a new residence, I began having issues logging into Ally Bank.  I went round and round with their (Ally) tech support, and they kept suggesting I was using a VPN, which I don't.  Several of their tech people whom I was upgraded to, continued to suggest the only way these issues occur is if I'm using a VPN.

Long story short, I can login anywhere else, just not at home using my wifi.

It occurred to me that when I moved to a new residence, I also purchased a CAX80 with an Armor subscription.  None of this uses a VPN, nor am I using a VPN, but it somehow acts like it's a VPN (apparently).

I have zero other issues at any other website, so part of the blame here is Ally.  They keep telling me that as an online-only bank, they have "extra" security that sometimes interferes with user-end security features.

Either way, I've been with this bank for years and all of my direct deposit goes there, so my option is to fix it or get rid of either the CAX80 or Armor.  I've read similar issues on this forum, and the answer is "start a ticket", but I'd be surprised if that's not a black hole.

Is there a way to selectively stop Armor when I need to use this website, or any other quick fix?
