Change phone number for Armor two step

I am having issue to change my phone number for the two step verification to access my Orbi app.

Hello Flfcosta,

 

Do you receive any sort of error when attempting to edit your phone number?

    Hi,

     

    There is no error message.

     

    I was able to delete the old number but I cannot insert the new number.

      Did you ever get this resolved. I am seriously considering getting a different companies router, because no one can answer this question.

        Hi,

         

        I have not received any reply from Netgear regarding this issue.

         

        I have simply remove thet two step authentication process from my product.
