Download R7860P

5 days after paying for Armor and I am still receiveing this error message No reliable help from support and my Nighthawke app is no longer working properly, as well as my Wifi sporadically interrupted the TV streaming.
NightHawke R7970P is the router I have.

    did you contact the number on there?
    This is the community support forum where members of the public help out. If its something on the backend, netgear/bitdefender would need to fix that.

      Yes I did, four times. They provide steps they claim will solve the problem but with no success. They can't understand the problem is on their end, not mine. The problem gets worse each day. Now it reads the app is expired, renew. I just purchased the app.

        Sadly there isn't much the forums can do as we're members of the public helping out. 

        maybe DarrenM ChristineT can help
