I can't seem to install Netgear Armor on my Router. I am using the latest firmware and have reset the router and satellite. It checks my information and then asks me to wait while it is activated. I then keep getting the following error message. "Failed to subscribe".
Any ideas?

Hi,
Thanks for reply. the model I have is the AC3000 RBR50. I thought this model was compatible, but looking at the list you sent it looks likr only the RBK50 is compatible. So I guess Defender is not available with my device?

Hi amparks, the RBR50 (RBK50 is the kit) is among the supported models for the Armor feature. Please make sure you are using your NETGEAR account credentials during the process. Please let us know if the issue will persist.

Hi, sorry for taking so long to reply. I have completely logged out and logged in when asked when trying to install. Always get the same error message with no further explanation as to why it fails, so no idea what to do next to make this work. I am using the app on Andriod, is there another way to active this, say using my PC for example?
