How do I remove a popup ad that appears every day asking me to buy bitdefender that I already have

How do I stop a popup ad on Windows 11 for Bitdefender asking me to buy it? When I click on the link it takes me to a site prompting me to purchase Bitdefender for half off, but I already have this for free through Netgear Armor. I've disabled everything possible in Settings. I've tried disabling through System>Notifications but Bitdefender is not listed. Do I need to disable Netgear popups?
