How to remove router from my Netgear Armor account?
I have seen similar threads to my issue in this forum, but none that indicate a successful resolution: I recently purchased an Orbi 7 system; unfortunately a couple of my more important WiFi devi...

Yes, armor.netgear.com is where I see the router that I need removed, and I don’t see any way to do it myself on that site either.

Ya something NG support may need to help out with.

As a follow-up, since contacting Netgear online support via chat did not help to resolve my problem, earlier this week I tried sending an email to servicesupport@netgear.com describing my problem (router removed from My Netgear account but not from Netgear Armor account). This resulted in yet another ticket being generated, and this morning I awoke to an email reply from Netgear support saying in part "rest assured that the device has been successfully removed from your account. We will now close this case"
And of course, the ticket has been closed before I have any chance to reply that the device still shows up in my Netgear Armor account. I tried to reply via email to a previous ticket (that again, had been closed without resolution), but got no response to that reply so I assume once a ticket is closed any email replies go nowhere (despite the response from customer service saying to reply directly to the email).
At this point, I'm getting really frustrated and not sure what else I can do. I don't have a separate account with Bitdefender (only through Netgear Armor) so I don't see a way to contact their support to see if they can help.
KevinLiT, can you direct me to how to resolve my problem? Contacting normal customer service is not sufficient.
