I renewed my NETGEAR Armor contract via auto renewal last month

I renewed my NETGEAR Armor contract via auto renewal last month (05/2026).  The renewal is not showing up on either Orbi App nor on Netgear app. I've done the sign out/sign in step; no joy.  I filed a case with NetGear support (2 days ago).  No update.  I tried updating my MacBook via Armor.Netgear.com window (scanned QR code etc).  Still no joy.  

Apparently, the auto update on renewal isn't syncing between NETGEAR Armor/Bitdefender.  Should I cancel my subscription and then renew?  I've had Norton 360, and never had this type of unpleasant user experience with payment.  So basic.  Makes me wonder how Netgear's managing accounts in general.
