I want to disable armor and I am using AP mode

I have recently upgraded to a MK93s mesh system which consists of a single MR90 router and two MS90 satellites. I have this system connected, and working. However my issue with armor is ongoing and is driving me insane.

I have the system in "AP Mode" which is what the last system is that I replaced this with. I keep getting wired devices not talking to eachother properly and even being denied connections. I know this is due to armor as I have not had any other issues before I installed this router.

Now, I have reset the router more than once, went thru the setup properly and when the system is in "router" mode I have the security tab and see the toggle for armor, to enable or disable - when I am using this system in AP mode that toggle is not there in the security tab.

Firmware version on the MR90 is v1.0.1.36 which as far as I can tell is the latest.

I do not want to use this system in router mode, I just want to use it for the wifi and have access points. That is all I am wanting to do. If there is possibly a way to ssh or terminal into this system to prevent it from blocking my wired connections between my computers and my nas systems I would really really appreciate it. I do not want armor to be on.
