Is Netgear Armor compatible with Norton 360
I have Norton 360 installed on all my devices (fixec and mobile). Artmor trial with new Orbi set available. My read is Armor will provide periphery (router) level protection. Like the idea protecti...

I just renewed Armor for its 2nd year on my original Orbi system and it has been active in addition to Norton 360 on my Dell XPS desktop (Windows 10) for all but the first 6 weeks of that time (I was waiting for a better annual renewal price offer from Norton, finally received an adequate discount about a month after it expired and “renewed” soon thereafter!) There have been no conflicts that I am aware of, but since all my portable devices are Apple, I have not installed Bifdender on any of them. My understanding is that iOS devices don’t need antivirus protection because the operating system is already well protected against such intrusions. This may be old information, but I haven’t heard anything that sounds like that situation has changed significantly. If this has changed, I do have both Norton and Bitdefender options available to install on these devices at no cost.

Agreed- I have Norton 360 on all devices and with my password complexity and frequent changes, plus strong, strong security tools already onboard my ISP's router, I don't have a need to subscribe to Armor or Bitdefender but can definitely see users in higher risk situations or those with weak security practices might want to do at least Armor. I cannot see any real conflicts outside those that might arise during installation of one or the other (i.e. needing to disable one while the newer product is installed or one product has a pop-up noting a DLL or key or boot conflict). Most major security apps do have varying degrees of guidance and pop-ups guiding users what to do if it detects a conflict. But again, I will just run Norton on all my devices and keep up with my base ISP router security.

Patrick_me, FYI: I am using NETGEAR Armor (RAXE500) together with Norton Security, and have observed no conflicts or problems.
