My firmware is updated to the new version that has the Netgear Armor added as a feature to my Orbi router. I activated that last night. I also installed Bitdefender on my two laptops.

Bitdefender sent me an email the other day. I'm including it below. There was an update and I'm not sure if that solved the problem I was experiencing. It does appear to be working now, however, I'm still not completely satisfied with how the service works.
Bitdefender email:
Thank you for getting back to us and for your patience.
We are aware that our product can have a lot of improvements as it's a new type of worldwide security and the only way in doing this is by receiving feedback from our customers and we wish to thank you for that.
Our development team is working round-the-clock to bring new updates and features to improve customer experience and protection. I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It means a great deal to us because it helps us improve our products and services.
All the best!

Hi thisguy, please let us know what we (NETGEAR) can improve on and also let Bitdefender know, if you are still in correspondence with them, on features that aren't working for you for them to address it on their end.

One simple improvement Netgear can do for the admin landing page of the Orbi firmware would be to fix the link for Armor. The shield icon appears to be a link, however, nothing happens when you click on it. I've used a few browsers to see if it was an issue with crossbrowser compatability or popup blocking but same result on IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. From a user perspective, it makes me think somethings wrong on my end or your end. I can't even assume what's going on. Consider doing something similar to what you do with Circle - link to a product page or link to the armor.netgear.com landing page - which I think would be a better idea because it is buried in the Bitdefender client software on users machines.
I'll post more feedback later. I need to figure out how to articulate it.
