Make it easier foe the customer to cancel armor subscription

I have experienced the forced trial of netgear armor. I am in the middle of it. Forced in the sense that it automatically downloads to my router upon router setup and activates. I read cancelling a subscribtion requires emailing them.

I have a suggestion: why don’t you make it easier for the customer to cancel thw aubscription by providing an online option to do it, or via nighthawk app? Moreover, let’s revwrse the process: email netgear if you want armor to get installed while providing easier way to cencel subscription? This is customer service at its best, with the cuatomers’ in mind.
