As an (unrelated to functioning issue) side issue which you possibly might know the answer to ... I purchased the "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support" to supplement my "Armor Security - 1 year - Available till 2022-02-27" The "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support" shows Available till 2023-02-27 If I had waited until the 90 days of free support was ready to expire, would I have had an later expiration date for the "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support"? Thank you for the information. Someone from Bitdefender should be reaching out to you shortly. In regards to your ProSupport contract, I believe the contract starts on the day of the purchase.
