Did you ever get it resolved? It's now January 2025 and I am having the same issue with the RBE971. I just got this router and it's putting my phone in the outside box network even though it shouldn't be. Please let me know if you got it fixed and how. Thank you

I received an update from Bitdefender Support on November 7th stating that the issue should now be fixed. However, the issue still persists for me, so the support ticket is still ongoing. I will let you know when I have any further updates.

Just to update you, I have now resolved this issue. The support ticket with Netgear had to be escalated to the team that deals with the contracts for Netgear's subscription services.

- I don't have a ticket for this because I haven't talked to them about it however I do have a ticket for Netgear Armor not working with computers that have the new arm processor in them like the Surface Pro 11. I can't even install Netgear Armor on the Surface Pro 11. It won't go past the installer. They really need to get all this stuff fixed. I was going to keep Netgear Armor but if it's not fixed by April my Norton 360 renews and I'm going to leave them.
