I received an update from Bitdefender Support on November 7th stating that the issue should now be fixed. However, the issue still persists for me, so the support ticket is still ongoing. I will let you know when I have any further updates.

I don't have a ticket for this because I haven't talked to them about it however I do have a ticket for Netgear Armor not working with computers that have the new arm processor in them like the Surface Pro 11. I can't even install Netgear Armor on the Surface Pro 11. It won't go past the installer. They really need to get all this stuff fixed. I was going to keep Netgear Armor but if it's not fixed by April my Norton 360 renews and I'm going to leave them.
