Netear Armor is almost impossible to cancel subscription

Why is it so hard to cancel your subscription to netgear armor.  They spam you with a button to accept the trial which automatically rolls into a subscription.  However, it is almost impossible to cancel the subscription which is done via two different websites.  This is rediculous way to treat the customer.

    Netgear has a community forum specifically for the Armor product: https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Armor/bd-p/en-home-armor 

    My impression is that people who watch that forum will be more familiar with how to handle the Armor subscription than those of us who participate in this hardware forum.  I, for example, have consistently said, "No Thanks" every time Armor has been offered to me.  So, "I know nothing."  My suggestion is to post in that forum.
