NETGEAR 22 AX1 800 Wifi Router Model RAX20 Armor Security
I have subscribed to Armor Security and can detect on my Nighthawk app that the security has been activated. Bitdefender support has assured me that it is active and that any problems I have install bitdefender on invidual devices would need to be handled by Netgear. I have turned in report on my problem and stayed on the phone for an hour waiting for a response without getitng help.
When I try to install bitdefender on one of my devices I follow the routinue and click on the install button, but when I put in my user name and pw for Netgear to uninstall the older protection to then install the new protection, my name and password are never accepted. I can tell that the security is active on my total system but I can't tell if my individual devices are protected from internet treats bercause of the install button I see. Should I ignore the install button I see on each device screen and assume my security is complete? Thanks for any help you can provide.
