Netgear Armor Bitdefender Total Seucirty
I apologize ahead of time because I am ready to tear my hair out.
I had subscribed to Bitdefender Premium in October, then we got the Orbi RBR50. Because I wanted to activate Armor so it would protect our other non-pc devices, I paid for a one-year subscription in 14 January 2021.
Today, on my laptop, Bitdefender Total Security is inactive and states that my subscription expired. I log in to the netgear armor dashboard (https://armor.netgear.com/) and it says I have zero devices protected yet my subscription doesn't expire until Jan 22.
Bitdefender app on my pc says:
Bitdefender Total Security
Your Subscription has expired.
Switch Accounts (tried this so many times to no avail)
Renew Subscription (no thank you)
Enter activation code (says it has already been used)
I already have a subscription and want to activate the product (still tells me it is expired)
My activation key that I got in the original email upon ordering says it has already been used. No matter what I do, it is circular, and it just tells me I have no active subscription. And Netgear's fabulous *HUGE SARCASM* support means that I cannot actually contact anyone to help me.
So what is going on here? Why is my subscription showing as expired and how do I get it back? THanks in advance!
