Hello,
I wanted to check the device security (mobile phone) on Nighthawk App. When I choosed the device from the list and tap Device Security i found the pop-up "Please enable Armour on your router". So, I logged into my R8000 and checked what's happened. The ARMOR Security is disabled (however I do not disable it) and I could't enable it, the option is locked. My ARMOR subscripion is valid to March, 2024.
What's happened. How can I enable ARMOR on my router?

What mobile platform are you using? Android or Apple?
What version of the Nighthawk app are you using?
Generally Armor can only be enabled and access thru the NH app. Theres no Armor controls on the routers WEB GUI page.

When I tapp the Armor icon in the NH app there is a pop up "Unknown error".
When I go to Device Manager, find my device, tapp on it and then tap on Device Security there is another pop up "Please enable Armor on your router" - please find the screen shot from the app attached.- FURRYe38Oct 04, 2023Guru - Experienced User
Please submit a bug report thru the NH with all available screen shots so NG knows what to look for.
