Netgear Armor doesn't show my router

Hi Shanafan,

 

You will need use the Nighthawk app to activate Armor. I've provided details for that in the link below. However, you have an XR500 as stated in your original post and the XR500 currently does not support NETGEAR Armor. I have also included a link providing a list of routers that currently support NETGEAR Armor.
