Netgear Armor subscription cancelation
I cancelled my subscription in the app, and received a cancellation email, but have been billed again. How do I go about fixing this?

I'd like to know this too. I already emailed customer support with all the relevant info. I thought, after doing this I will just remove my CC from the account so it doesn't happen again, nope. You cannot remove your CC. I got frustrated knowing they wont let me remove it. My next plan is to dispute the charge and maybe see if I can get my CC company to flag them and decline all charges or freeze my card and get a new one. Seems a little extreme but for a company touting security features they are coming off a bit scammy,
