Netgear Armor subscription cancelation
I cancelled my subscription in the app, and received a cancellation email, but have been billed again. How do I go about fixing this?

Thanks but that doesn't help anyone who has not authorized a charge on their CC when auto renew is toggled "Off". My account on the website says OFF, my app says OFF. My email says, thanks for auto renewing! Netgear can easily fix their problem but it's a UI design choice to not allow me to delete my CC and a pretty poor choice to just auto charge anyone who's CC is on file (if that's not the case then I don't know).

I'm in almost the same situation.
I turned off the auto-renew in the app several days before renewal.
I checked the web site and it says off.
But I was still billed!

How do you like this!
I just had a look and, even though I was charged an additional year, my device has been removed from my armor profile on armor.netgear.com. It looks like maybe the subscription has been applied to the RBK50 I have there too which I haven't used for years.
So it appears to me I can't now use the RBK850 even if I wanted to for fear of even more mess with subscriptions and unjustified costs!
