You do need to contact netgear on it.

The NETGEAR ARMOR tech support is completely useless. I have since January 13th tried to transfer my ARMOR subscription from broken device to new device. The ticket is in the system, but they are just sitting on it.
Today I called the tech support in Philippines and the tech told that my case was escalated to "product support team" in February 27th. Well, after two weeks, it has not done much good.

Pigginton..I'm beginning to feel the same way you do. I got a call from Armor tech support earlier today and I was on the phone. They didn't leave a message and the caller ID didn't show as Netgear. I tried calling back and got disconnected after I had given the rep my case number. The same thing happened again when I called a 2nd time. I don't think I'll be renewing the Armor subscription when it expires in May 2023.
