Netgear Armor Subscription

Equipment: CAX30. I was pleasantly surprised at the rapid & efficient transfer of my old Armor subscription to my new Netgear CAX30. The chat with the support rep took under 30 minutes, & I was told that the subscription would be transferred in 24-48 hours. To my surprise, less than an hour later, I received a message from Netgerar support saying that it had been done, & all I had to do was log in to MyNetgear account, confirm the switch & log out. I then went to my Nighthawk app & confirmed the subscription was active until April, 2024. 

From all the messages on the community forum I was expecting weeks if not longer of delays. I don't compliment tech companies very often, But in this case, well done Netgear!
