Netgear Armor

Question

Does anyone know if the Nighthaw x8 ac5300 is going to be supported for the netgear armor? If so when does it plan to roll out? I am looking to purchase the bitdefender box 2 but since it's literally the same, I would love to have it on my router instead for less clutter and such.

That link is from 2018 june unfortuantely. It does not state anything about the r8500. It looks like I will have to bite the bullet and go and buy directly from bitdefender and get the box 2.&nbsp;

Hi MackyG, engineering provided an update that the Armor feature is not a planned feature update for the R8500.
