Hi MikeR123, welcome to the community! Please make sure that the Armor feature is enabled. You can check the link below for the steps on turning it on.
Also, when logging in to armor.netgear.com, does it show your subscription as active?

Thank you for the reply. In the mobile APP it states Activated with the proper expiration date. This issue is when I launch the router admin home page from my PC. Armor radio button is enabled, the expiration date is correct, but in RED right above the expiration date it says: "STATUS: NOT PROTECTED". I have a nighthawk R8000.
