netgear is horrible now- how do you cancel bitdefnder?

how in the heck do I cancel this? I despise netgear anymore and will never purchase another product from them, the website and the app is a time consuming joke, had an orbi and loved it, but totally hate netgear now, went through this same mess with the orbis when I gave them away, could not cancel Bitdefender 

I cannot get into anything that allows me to cancel, no problem seeing I have a stupid account but no way to shut off auto renewal that they signed me up for
