NetGear NighHawk App not recognising BitDefender on MacOs Ventura

This problem is not only Ventura but also all iOS versions. My iOS on my iPad Gen 10 shows it as not recognizing Bitdefender in my NightHawk app and also my iPhone 13!. Bitdefender seems to not want to be bothered with this issue. Several users have contacted Bitdefender and to no vail. I hope you have more luck than I trying to solve this problem. I however will be leaving Bitdefender at the end of my subscription! Good luck!
