Netgear Nighthawk app is incorrectly displaying my Armor subscription as expired, even though your Bitdefender-powered protection is valid until January 2026. Router AX2400 How can I fix this
My Netgear Nighthawk app is incorrectly displaying my Armor subscription as expired, even though myr Bitdefender-powered protection is valid until January 2026.
Nighthawk router AX2400
Bitdefender indicated that they provide the security for Armor, but Netgear manages the subscription and app integration. They refered me to Netgear support which requires that I purchase an annual service contract in order to receive Netgear support
Any advice short of purchasing an annual service contract from Netgear
You do have to go through support.

Click on "get support", then open a support case, then click on "i have a subscription service" and select armor and proceed from there.
