How big is your home?
The RS router should work alone with out any additional wifi support.
If you need more support, could configured the 2nd system for AP mode instead of router mode would help some.
If turning OFF the 2nd system do same message appear in Armor?

The home is just over 4,000sq ft. I use the RS for some things and the Google WiFi for others. They work fine together, different IP space and SSID's. This only started with the new RS router. I had a previous Netgear router before and never saw this.

If thats the case, try putting the 2nd router in the RS routers DMZ. Help avoid some double NAT issues.
No much we can do with Armor and notifications. Fairly limited. If your on Trial Armor, let it run out and don't use it if you feel it's not working for you.
