No, they just keep saying it will be completed in no more than 72 hours. However, it has been many 72 hours. You actually cannot get in contact with anyone who can actually do anything. The only people you have contact with are ticket takers, they have no ability to actually provide support.

Sadly, for the most part it does need to go through support. Maybe one of the mod's I tagged will be available and message you for help with it.
