I have the same problem. I pay annually for the armor service and my printer prints 3 sheets every week

davidbel - May you provide us with the current firmware version your Orbi unit is on. 

 

DLindman - Firmware v2.3.5.36 is a hotfix and not pushed out automatically. You may update the firmware manually or check for an update using the Orbi app or web interface.
