davidbel - May you provide us with the current firmware version your Orbi unit is on. 

 

DLindman - Firmware v2.3.5.36 is a hotfix and not pushed out automatically. You may update the firmware manually or check for an update using the Orbi app or web interface.

So, if the fix is working, why not make it the current version?

    I’m using firmware v2.3.5.26 and I’m still having the issue with random pages printed every Monday. I’m going to upgrade to 2.3.5.30 as prompted to do in the Orbi app. Does 2.3.5.30 have a fix in place for this issue?

      I’m running the RBR20 w/ the NOfix 2.3.5.36 update... still printing! Ugh... tech emailed me last month saying a new FW would be out... it’s not out??!

        I moved to the .36 firmware about 5 days ago and so far no prints have occurred. I would think they would make the units automatically update to fix this issue rather than require a manual fix.
