Network Printers Printing During Security Scan

I’m running the RBR20 w/ the NOfix 2.3.5.36 update... still printing! Ugh... tech emailed me last month saying a new FW would be out... it’s not out??!

I moved to the .36 firmware about 5 days ago and so far no prints have occurred. I would think they would make the units automatically update to fix this issue rather than require a manual fix.

.36 didn’t fix it, it helped for a few weeks...

What FW were you at prior?

I was told .30 is newer lol so I just downgraded from .36 to .30 hope it helps!

  I was at .26 , I was told to update to the .36 and not the .30. I’m gonna be upset if that was the fix and not what they told me.

    I downgraded from .36 to .30, it still printing the fuqing papers!!
    
    So to be clear they still haven’t fixed it! They promised a FW fix months ago!
